Hotel Guest Policy

1. Reservation & Payment:

Booking: A reservation can be made via our website, phone, or in person. A valid document is required to confirm all bookings.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (Full room amount must be cleared and paid before check-in).

Cancellation: *** 15 Days before cancellation: 100% refund of the booking amount. *** Between 15 to 72 hours before cancellation: 50% refund of the booking amount. *** After 72 hours of cancellation: No refund will be given.

2. Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Early morning charges also applicable)

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out charges also applicable)

Identification: A government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport (Visa for out India) are required at check-in.(Children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge when sharing the room with an adult also ID’s not required)

3. Guest Conduct:

Behaviour: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Disturbing other guests, creating excessive noise, or engaging in illegal activities may result in eviction from DNC Hotels Pvt Ltd.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or indoor public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

4. Security & Liability:

Security: DNC Hotels Pvt Ltd takes security very seriously and uses CCTV in common areas. However, guests are advised to keep their valuables secure in the provided safes.

Lost & Found: DNC Hotels Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend securing valuables in your room’s safe.

5. Housekeeping & Room Maintenance:

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided unless a guest requests not to have this service.

Maintenance: If any issues arise in your room (e.g., plumbing, electrical), please contact the front desk for immediate assistance.

6. Additional Services:

Parking: On-site parking is available for guests.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast is provided for guests (if applicable), and operating hours may vary.

7. Health & Safety:

Fire Safety: Please familiarize yourself with the fire exits and evacuation plan located in your room and throughout DNC Hotels Pvt Ltd.

Medical Assistance: In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the front desk for assistance or dial emergency services.

8. Damage to Property:

Guest Responsibility: Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. A damage fee will be charged (with GST) as appropriate.

Room Inspection: Rooms are inspected before check-in and after check-out. If any damage is found, the guest may be charged (With GST) for repairs or replacement.

9. Privacy Policy:

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, payment information) for reservation and communication purposes only. This data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Marketing: By booking with us, you consent to receiving promotional offers and marketing materials. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

10. Force Majeure:

DNC Hotels Pvt Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other situation deemed as force majeure.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be settled under the applicable law in this jurisdiction.
